Terms of Service – Copy Punks

Welcome to Copy Punks LLC. We provide marketing services and consulting offers to our clients. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Service Description
Copy Punks LLC provides marketing services and consulting offers to help businesses improve their online presence and reach their target audience. Our services include but are not limited to, website design, social media management, email marketing, content creation, and search engine optimization.

Client Obligations
As a client of Copy Punks LLC, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information about your business and its goals. This information will be used to tailor our services to meet your specific needs. You also agree to cooperate with us in the implementation of our services and to provide timely feedback on the progress of our work.

Payment
Our services are provided on a fee-for-service basis. You will be invoiced for our services on a monthly or project basis, and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, interest will accrue at the rate of 1.5% per month.

Refunds and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with our services, you may cancel them at any time. However, we do not provide refunds for services that have already been provided. If you cancel our services before they have been completed, you will be responsible for payment for any work that has been done up to the point of cancellation.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by Copy Punks LLC in the course of providing our services, including but not limited to website design, graphics, logos, and written content, remains the property of Copy Punks. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this intellectual property for the duration of our agreement.

Limitation of Liability
Copy Punks LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from the loss of use, data, or profits, or from any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Copy Punks LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services or your violation of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the services provided by Copy Punks LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Copy Punks LLC and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

Changes to These Terms
Copy Punks LLC reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes to these terms and conditions will be deemed to be your acceptance of those changes.
